I’m going to challenge you to see the entire information lifecycle and landscape as user centric.

Much the same way our own un/conscious projections prevent us from seeing the truth about ourselves.

Similar to how one will never see what you see or exactly how you see it.

Our consciousnesses have blind spots, and we cast a shadow upon ourselves.

We are the origin, the source, the owner and controllers of our infoscapes.

We currently view our information applications as a top down “what can this do” perspective.

That is not the true perspective of the information as it lives out its lifecycle in its landscape.

We as a species of technologists need to learn to treat information as a conscious thing

To paraphrase John Dewey, Information has an experience, we’re just not ready to realize it.
